House painting & staining, deck staining, power washing maintenance
Stucco painting
Pressure wash and TSP all protected surfaces one week prior to start date
Tarp and cover all non-painted surfaces
Scrape loose and peeling paint
Lighly sand as needed
Prime any new or exposed surfaces
Caulk all seams, joints and cracks with Vulkum or equivalent
Spray and/or roll and brush one or two coats depending on surface
Update you on progress
We'll clean up the job site daily
